We are an official Fogmaker partner. We install and maintain Fogmaker fire suppression systems. Fogmaker is a Swedish company that produces high-quality fire suppression systems. The fire suppression system is customized to fit each mine individually to ensure maximum safety.

Fogmaker’s systems are installed directly into the engine room of the vehicle. The fire is suppressed using high-pressure water mist which cools the space down and replaces oxygen efficiently. Fogmaker systems function in places which other systems cannot reach. The fire suppression system can be activated either automatically or manually.

installation

Before installation, we perform a risk assessment together with you. Our certified installers will determine your fire risk and propose preventive measures. For each vehicle, we define a specific risk assessment. For example, an expensive vehicle that is expensive and difficult to replace is a high-risk item which needs frequent fire safety checks.

In particular, vehicles whose potential fire would cause personal injury are high on the risk rating. During the installation phase, the fire extinguishing system is carefully documented based on the assessed risks.

maintenance

Fogmaker system include annual maintenance by certified installers. The fifth and tenth service are especially specific. Every ten years, the system is dismantled and all required components are replaced, including seals, fluids and gases. In this way, we ensure that the fire suppression systems remain up to date and operate safely year after year.
